Company Drivers

​

We are looking to hire CDL Class A Drivers with 2+ years of OTR experience.

A clean driving record is required and hazmat/tanker endorsements are preferred.

 

BEST EQUIPMENT:

  • 2019-2023 Automatic Freightliner Cascadias

  • Trucks are equipped with a fridge, microwave, inverter/APU and PrePass Plus

  • 2019-2023 Dry Vans and Reefers (53')

  • Good performance will lead to a new truck down the road

DISPATCH:

  • Professional dispatchers with 10+ years of OTR experience themselves

  • Communicate with drivers personally via phone and text

LOGS:

  • KeepTruckin ELDs

  • Training and 24/7 support available

SCHEDULE:

  • Drivers make their own schedules (Ex: 2-3 weeks out, 1 week back)

  • Work and home time are planned in advance with good communication

WORK CULTURE:

  • We help and take care of each other. Good 1-1 communication via phone and text

  • Preferred spoken languages for current dispatchers are English, Spanish and Bulgarian

PAY:

  • $1500 minimum weekly average guaranteed

  • More miles will result in additional pay (60cpm base) 

  • Company compensates if shorter loads are booked or if shippers/receivers cause delays
